Kapitel 103: Outside the Wall

Stanley watched in horror as the old man stabbed his brother in the chest. A long, single-note sound played from the metal box next to him as a single red line appeared on the glowing glass.

Stanley felt his heart sink the moment he realized that his brother had died.

'No…' he thought to himself. This couldn't be true. What he was seeing surely wasn't true.

His grip on Sheila loosened as he let go of her and slowly. Sheila's eyes narrowed as she understood the situation as well.

"No…" his words came out of his mouth, quivering as they did so. His hands shook as well, but they quickly stiffened up.

"NO!" he shouted out loud, making the mayor jerk up in fright as he quickly turned around to see Stanley with his hand on his sword.

"You bastard!" 

The sword came out of the sheath as Stanley ran into the room. However, before he could go in completely, something struck him in the face, sending him backward.
