Kapitel 36: Educator Qin

Some people still doubted fairy Ling's words about her disciple becoming a future scribe, but they were smart enough not to say anything. Only the stupid were honest about such things.

By this point, there was only one person who didn't know the whole Huohui sect was considering Yuan as a future master scribe, and that was clearly Yuan himself. Of course, he wasn't clueless about the changes— some adepts and educators actively contacted him and offered him free lessons in spell formations, math, geometry, practical art, and art appreciation— and there was also the fact that he was the only student now in some classes that had started off with others beside him as well.

One thing that Yuan realized was that seals, summoning circles, sigils, transmutations, or runes were all part of art. To master these, a person had to have a very good understanding of the arts. As a past CEO, Yuan had very little understanding of the concept of art. Here, AI told him that if he wanted to become an artificer master, he needed to understand all concepts, especially arts such as painting or sketching.

Yuan divided his daily schedule to make the most of his time: he would spend his mornings doing warrior training and practicing the gravity rune spell. After finishing with warrior training, he would take some rest, and after his rest, in the afternoon, he would try creating summoning circles or weaving sigils, or try to enchant some weapons. He would take another break during lunchtime. After finishing his lunch, he would spend time creating new container seals in his conscious space to improve his arcane level. In the late evenings, with the help of AI, he would try to cultivate his Purity Flame to improve his bloodline. Under the guidance of AI, Yuan began his rigorous training to cultivate his immortal bloodline, Purity Flame, too, so he could advance to the next level of his bloodline. He spent a few hours every evening meditating, focusing on the flame within him, and working to strengthen it.

AI had taught Yuan how to generate more flames in his mind, telling him that when he had 10 flames burning brightly, he would be ready to advance to the level of Bloodline Disciple. Yuan took this instruction to heart and worked tirelessly to achieve his goal. As he progressed in his training, Yuan's control over his Purity Flame became more refined. He was able to call upon it at will, and he could manipulate the flame to perform various tasks, such as heating objects or melting ice. He also learned how to protect himself using his flame, covering his skin with the flame that would repel attacks. But since his level was low, the effect was not very amazing.

After cultivating the flame in the late evening, Yuan would relax and try to paint a normal painting to bring out his artistic side without taking the help of his AI. Yuan soon realized that because of his habit of paying attention to details, he was not a bad painter. The only thing he lacked was imagination and a proper understanding of colors.

After working on painting and relaxing, Yuan would head to bed feeling satisfied with what he had achieved in the day. Just like that time continued to pass.

In the Houhui Sect, the sun had just risen over the mountains, casting a soft orange glow over the snow-covered landscape. High up in Symbols Peak, not very far from Frost Peak, Qin stood outside his room, breathing in the fresh mountain air. The tall scribe wore a serious expression on his face as if lost in thought. As he turned around to enter his room, his gaze fell upon the many shelves filled with books on runes, sigils, and transmutation. He had spent most of his life studying the art of scribing, and he knew how difficult it was to master.

Qin was known throughout the sect as the best scribe, and for good reason. He was a level one scribe, which meant he could create arcane seals of level one, a feat that few could achieve. He was well-respected and admired by everyone in the Houhui Sect, just like Fairy Ling.

Fairy Ling was Qin's hidden obsession. From afar, he admired her as she went about her business. Yet he was well aware that Fairy Ling was out of his grasp. She was the sect's most gifted arcane and was known for being serious and committed. She never entertained any male educators related to anything that was romantic.

One day, Qin received some interesting news. Fairy Ling had taken on a new apprentice, who was going to be a future scribe. This was big news in the Houhui Sect, and everyone was talking about it.

Qin was also curious about the new apprentice. He wondered who he was and what he was like. He also wondered if the apprentice would be able to master the art of scribing, a feat that was incredibly difficult to achieve.

As Qin pondered these thoughts, he thought about his own apprentice, Chen. Chen was a talented young man who showed great promise as a future scribe. He was able to combine sigils and runes together, which was a rare talent, and he knew that Chen had the potential to become the best scribe in the sect. But Qin also knew that becoming a master scribe was a difficult task. It required years of dedication, hard work, and practice. Many of his students had tried and failed to master the art of scribing, and he knew that it was not their fault. It was simply too difficult to master all the different elements of scribing, from runes to sigils to transmutation.

Lost in thought, he realized that in the future, he might have to share the Scribe resources with frost peak if that apprentice was really a scribe in the making. The Sect valued the scribes most. They will not leave any stone unturned when it comes to nurturing and promising a scribe. But scribes required many expensive resources example blood of the greater beast. Also, they needed a special type of paper to create the working seals or even experiment.
