Kapitel 251: Against the Protectors

Jasmine had saved him, as he would have long been dead had she not found him. An injury to the heart wasn't to be joked with and then he had no idea that his healing would kick start should he remove the bullet.

But how could he remove a bullet from his heart without killing himself in the process? Even now, Derek couldn't think of a way he could remove the bullet without killing himself. 

Luke had brought the old man to him. Without the old man, Derek had a hard time imagining his current position, and Luke's favor was almost ruined by his ignorance and his stupid act on emotions back then. 

Recalling when he told Christopher that he didn't need a teacher made Derek cough, causing blood to appear on his lips. The old man would surely criticize him should he see his current state.
