Kapitel 154: Who Has Adams?

Sarah's grip on her phone tightened as she prayed to all the gods on earth and heaven above to help her. She can't understand why Mr. Adams's line was unreachable at this moment she needs him the most. 

It all doesn't make any sense, could it be he changed his line or could he be steps ahead of Logan, or most importantly, was there a new spy in Logan's men? 

All of these questions bombarded her brain, making her unaware of the figure a step behind her until he spoke up. 

"Where are my reports?"

Sarah froze before turning towards the source of the voice. Seeing that sinister face, blood drained from her face. She turned conscious as she scanned around him. 

"Sarah?" Logan called her, one of his brows raised curiously as he strolled towards her, "Where are my reports?" 

Sarah held her clenched knuckles together as she stared at her phone screen hoping Mr. Adams would just call but all that were mere wishes as her screen was blank.
