There wasn't much else for Allen and Gerry to discuss after that. The strange situation with Sophia and the mystery surrounding the car was still unresolved, but it wasn't something Allen could solve immediately. After parting ways with Gerry, Allen decided to meet up with Larissa for lunch as usual. Larissa had just finished teaching her Pilates class, and the two often grabbed a bite together afterward. It had become a routine of sorts, a brief respite from the chaos of their respective lives.
