Loki's offer was rather tempting for Arthur and he knew that with the plans that he had set in his mind, things would probably be getting chaotic in the future.

Chaotic was what Loki liked a lot, as could be seen from his words.

'After all, he is a Deity of the Chaotic alignment. Even in multiple pantheons, he's caused enough chaos to be considered an outlier among the chaotic gods.
