Kapitel 102: Dante and Annalise (1)

Happiness.

It resembles life that is fickle as the weather, constantly changing and never stagnating. It wasn't long ago that she was smiling and living the perfect life with him. It wasn't long ago that she had the perfect family who loved and cherished her. But...that happiness had to come to a brutal end.

Her happiness also ended with those eyes. Eyes that did not have the undying love it used to have. Eyes that showed extreme hatred for her existence.

''How long have I been here?'' murmured annalise behind the iron rods. Days? Months? Years? She had no idea, but the prison cell was no new place for her. It was the same place that she used to live in during her time as a slave. And now, it became her home after Dante had discovered the truth about herself and her son. 

''You are a liar, Dante.'' Tears welled in her dull light green eyes that used to be bright and sparkling with happiness.
