She hugged the card as her heart started beating fast.
She continued the walk and on the edge of the cave-like beautiful place,
"Happy" Valentine's day Love" was written boldly on it then she entered the place and came face to face with him.
He was actually the one playing the keyboard and singing along.
Ruby smiled and stood in front of him untill he finished playing then
he came and stood in front of her, hiding something behind him as they stare at each other for some minutes and he later smiled widely
“You’re beautiful” he said and her cheeks turned red as she blushed heavily untill he finally brought out what he was hiding
A red big teddy bear and she screamed in excitement
“Oh my God” Ruby exclaimed In happiness snatching it from him as his name was written on it.
“So anytime I’m not with you, imagine it as me” he said and she looked at him
”Are you traveling?”
“No I'm not so don’t get scared” he replied
”It’s cute just like you” she said checking it out
“I don't know but Ruby, you’re just my undying love, all I’ve ever asked for, you’re my mother too, you’re my life, my only woman, my muse, my worse distraction, my everything" Richard said as he took a step closer again towards her and Ruby kept smiling
“I’ll love you till my last breath, that’s my promise dear sunshine, and I want you to promise me that no matter what happens, you’ll forever stay with me don’t leave me Ruby” he said
”I can’t leave you Richard because you made me know the meaning of true love, you made me feel alive and you always make me feel happy so I can’t leave my airbag” she replied and he pulled her into a tight hug coupled with a deep kiss.
"Happy Valentine’s day baby” he said in her ear after breaking the kiss
“Same here Darling” Ruby replied and their meal was brought in by a server
“Let’s eat” Richard said to her as they took their seats facing each other untill Richard interrupted
"I want to eat the spicy spaghetti you're having as well" Richard said to Ruby
“You don’t like it and you told me you dislike spice” she said
“But I want to eat with you” he said but she smiled and they started eating although he drinks water almost every minute.
After that they held each other’s hands and left the place as
the time was almost ten already
"So where do you want to go after here” Richard asked
“Your house” she replied
”Are you sure?’ he asked
“Of course” she replied and they got into the car and the drive to his house began as
She kept fondling with the big teddy in the car
Looking at her smiling face is enough to brighten him up
When they got to his house he faced her and asked her a question
“Love or friendship, which one is preferable?” He asked
”Love” she replied then he came closer and slipped his hands on her waist
“Should I go on?” He whispered in her ear
“Yes you can” she replied slowly as he brought his face to her face and scanned it shortly
“Bear with me ok?” He said and she nodded
He slowly captured her lips and kissed her deeply, carrying her like a baby and he started walking upstairs with their lips still on each other.
He opened the door to his room with his back and once they were inside, he dropped her on the bed and gently took off his shirt then he came all-over her again and resumed the kiss
Her hands played round his bare body while his hands stylishly unzipped her dress and it came off, revealing her bra and panties and he broke the kiss as he stared at the lower part of her which was enough to give him vibes
Ruby's heavy breaths could be heard as he stared at her then he
recaptured her lips and continued the kiss while her hands unbottened his trousers which he took off with his legs.

She covered her face with her palm but he removed it

Early the next morning, Ruby left the house immediately Albert came in. Albert kept pleading with Richard who stood adamant and refused saying anything untill a knock drew their attention and when they turned an unexpected visitor surfaced
“Why the hell are you here” Richard yelled as his eyes became red
”Get a bottle of water and pour it down your throat, then relax and chill, I’m not here to put you up for sale” she replied with a little smile
”Sylvia, why the hell are you back?” Albert asked slowly
“Because I am your mother, I’m your mother and you must be insane to be asking me that question” Madam Sylvia yelled
”You aren’t my mother. The moment you left us after father’s death, you seized to be my mother” Richard said
”If not for you he’d still be alive by now but your wickedness killed him on a wheelchair Sylvia. You killed your own mother just because she doesn't support your evil act, you killed her and buried her yourself thirteen years ago when we were still young.
Dad told us everything before his death, and after his death, you left without a goodbye though we’re glad you left because we dislike you more than you think, and now you’re back to claim your sons, really Sylvia? You should clap for yourself ” Albert said
”Are you trying to deny me now?” Sylvia asked
”Oh she’s not getting it, you’ve never been a mother to us so please leave because you’re not welcome here” Richard said
”The last time I checked, this company still belongs to my late husband, and we never divorced before his death so what are we talking about? Maybe you guys are just overwhelmed seeing me after a very long time, so I’ll leave and come back next time, Bye and fuck you both” Sylvia said and puffed out smoke on their faces before leaving
“I dislike her, I dislike her” Albert ranted, throwing away his laptop angrily but Richard held him.
“Calm down bro, calm down I hate her just as much as you do but I beg you to chill for now” he said and Richard hugged him.
” I won’t hesitate to kill her myself if she tries any thing funny” Albert whispered.
Janet got home and took her seat beside Ruby who was watching a fashion show in the living room
“Look Ruby, the devil is back. I saw her and I was scared” Janet said.
”By Devil you mean?
“Madam Sylvia, the chairwoman” Janet said
“You can’t be serious! ” Ruby said, dropping the bowl of cashew nuts she was holding in her hand
”I can’t be lying” Janet said
“Is she really back?” Ruby asked
“Sure, I thought you said you can’t be scared of her as long as she’s human, but why are you now obviously scared when she's yet to appear in front of you” Janet asked
” I don't know but" she was interrupted by Richard's sudden appearance and immediately Janet excused herself.
“Richie" She called slowly and Richard rushed to hug her tightly
” I guess Janet must have informed you that Sylvia is back, but don’t be scared, I’ll protect you” he said tightening the hug
”I’m truly scared, what if she doesn’t like me” she said and Richard broke the hug staring at her
”I don’t consider Sylvia as my mum anymore and she doesn’t need to like you dear, I love you and that’s the real deal” he said while she hugged him
”Please protect me a lot” she said resting on his shoulder
“I promise” he replied.
“By the way I enjoyed the cashew nuts you sent” she said
”I know you’ll enjoy it, oasis cashew nuts are the best. So what’s up?" Richard asked
“Nothing much, promise except you’ll stay here till 7pm” she said, looking at him
”No I won't, let’s just go to my house then I’ll come drop you tommorow morning” he said and she shrugged
”Jane I’m off” She said
“Alright baby, take care” Janet shouted from upstairs as Ruby left with Richard for his house.
Julius came some minutes after Ruby ànd Richard left.
Janet jumped on him and kissed him in that position for minutes before releasing him
“I Love you Julius”
“I love you more Jenny” he replied and smiled as he sat on the couch while she sat on his laps
“I’m certain you must have seen the devil” Julius said
“Yes, she's so scary” Janet said displaying it by scattering her hair while Julius laughed
“Don’t be afraid, I’m sure Albert and Richard will feel like killing her right now.
That devil killed her own mother by herself when she was twenty just because she wasn't in support of her acts. When chairman Peak heard of it from her, the shock made him a stroke patient on a wheelchair who died after a month and
Sylvia travelled the next day after he died” Julius said
”So everyone knows she killed her mother ” Janet asked shockingly
”No, only the chairman, her sons and myself” Julius replied
”Oh, look let’s not talk about her anymore because it’s giving me the creeps” Janet said.
”So what should we do now?” Julius asked, rubbing her bare arms
“Let’s cuddle each other under the sheets, I want that” Janet replied and he carried her leading the way upstairs.
Back at Richards' house, Ruby seems tensed about the whole Sylvia thing but Richard consoled her
“Don’t be afraid Darling, I’m reassuring you that I'll protect you with everything” Richard said but Ruby still looked worried
“I’m trying hard not to be, but the fear won’t go Richie” Ruby said as she hugged him while he kissed her hair
” Relax, I and Albert will do our best” he said
“I hope so” she replied and looked up at him
” Maybe I should calm you down with a kiss” he said
“That’ will be perfect” Ruby replied with a wide smile but he instantly kissed her deeply.
The next day, at Sylvia's house, she sat down busy smoking, glancing at the women magazine and smoking along with a
A glass of vodca beside her
“Albert and Richard, you two are my sons and by all it takes, I’ll subdue you both as long as I’m still Sylvia Peak, I’m still your mother and both of you will surely bow to me” she said, blowing out a lot of smoke
” Life is sweet isn’t it?” She said and laughed devilishly until
the door opened, revealing her friend Hilda together with her only daughter Valerie
They hugged each other and Valerie kept smiling
“Maybe it’s my time again” Valerie thought as she saw her mum hugging Madam Sylvia
”Aren’t you Richard's girlfriend?” Madam Sylvia asked gesturing at Valerie.
“Well, he dumped my daughter for his secretary already, it’s just so embarrassing” Hilda said sitting down
”His secretary? No wonder. Initially it was only Albert who talks back at me but now, Richard has grown wings as well.
So it’s because of a girl right? I’ll so clip his wings for you don’t worry” Madam Sylvia said hugging Valerie.
”He’s yours already so don’t just worry Val because you’re the perfect one for him” Madam Sylvia said with a smile
”Thanks Ma because I love him a lot”
Ruby got back to her office and smiled to herself
“Ruby you rock" She said to herself, replaying the scene earlier in her memory as she kept smiling till Janet hit her table and
she held her chest
“That scared me!” She said and Janet held her cheeks and kissed her lips lightly
”Don’t tell me you plan to be a lesbian” Ruby said.
No dear, that was a gift for what you did to Val” Janet said with a big smile
”You saw me? ” Ruby asked
“Of course, you got candles and told me it’s a welcome gift for someone, isn’t it weird especially when the person is not preparing for a candlelight dinner, so I trailed you there. Girl you did it, I almost cried for Valerie but you hit the right spot” Janet said
