Kapitel 80: Chapter 79 Engagement Party 8
Those two really pissed me off, I'm so happy, I gave them a piece of my mind. I walked down the hallway and out of the mansion "Slut? Aurgh.." I muttered to myself finding my way to the garden. "Good morning madam!" A blonde haired man walked up me, I really needed time for myself, time away from everyone but here I am with another useless fellow.
"Good morning!" I responded plainly. I just couldn't control the burning range in me. "I'm Peter, your driver for the day. Are you heading out?" He asked. "Yes, can you take me to anyplace named peace and quite!" I said to see him smile.
"Why what's so funny?" I asked. "I know a place I can take you to madam for your peace and quite Madam!" He said. "Then get going!" I said to him. Peter rushed to the garage to get me a ride. "Zel!" My name echoed from behind, I met Carie's gaze.
"Where're you heading, we have alot to do. Your engagement party is in a week Hazel!" She said. Are you serious? Your grandma wants me out of the picture and yet you still wants me to attend an engagement party. What's the use of it if I'm not staying here for long? I screamed in my head.
"Listen... Carie, I don't care about any stupid party, I can still miss it like the last!" I tried sounding as calm as possible.
"Don't tell me you're now Alex's junior!" She said. "What are you talking about?"
"You both missed your engagement party the last time. Alex hates parties or any form of gatherings!" Carie said. "If he missed our last engagement party, why was I the only one punished?" I murmured.
"What are you talking about? Who punished you?" Carie asked.
"It's nothing much. I guess I'm the stupid one in this marriage!" I said the last sentence in my head. "Alright, we're going to Paris today, we have to get you the best dress from the best tailor!" Carie said, leaving no room for me to make any suggestions.
"Why are we going to Paris?" I asked this time like I didn't just here what she said. "Have you not been listening to me? We're going to Paris to get you the best dress for your engagement and the best wedding dress for your wedding after that!" Carie stated.
"What!" I was astonished, no one told me we're having a wedding? I thought. "I know Alex gave the same reaction too, mum needed to have it done to make everyone know you're the real wife!" Carie said smiling.
"This is not funny Carie.., does Alex know about this?" "Of course he does, and he's totally not against it. We can change it if the wedding it's so sudden?" Carie suggested.
I couldn't say anything further to Carie as I was totally agape, but then wedding is a once in a life time experience. The feeling of getting married for the first time is a wierd feeling, mixed with unending happiness and then there's a tiny little bit of sadness.
But for me it's different, I really didn't know what to feel right now, I've never thought of getting married. But if I'm going to get married, I want my mum to be with me, I want her next to me, I really don't care if she recognizes me or not, I just want her here.
"Alex should be in the study by now! Carie chimmed in. "What's my business with that? I rolled my eyes. "It is, cause we're using his jet and card, and the key to that is non other than you!" Carie said dragging me back into the mansion.
"Carie what are you doing?" I was dragged to a door by Carie before I had the chance to protest. "Now listen, the only way to get stuff from a man is seducing him, that's how I got my baby to give me his card!" She said.
"This is so rediculous, you're not making me go in there to seduce Alex, not all relationships work that way besides that man is so....!" She knocked at the door interupting my speech. "What are you doing?" I panicked, "Helping my naive best friend out. Stop acting like a virgin Hazel and get to work. Have sex if you have to!" She said
"No... No Carie you don't understand, Alex is a dangerous man and I don't want to....!" "I know my brother is dangerous, use one of your bed techniques to lure him into giving you his card!" She said.
"I'm not used to to this, Carie I can ask him the normal way!" I argued, "Do you know what my evil brother would say? Do you really want to know?" She asked.
"You're not getting my point Carie, I'm still a virgin I don't know how to seduce a guy. I've never done it before, I can just ask him the normal way!" My confession paralyzed Carie, which I didn't know if it was good or bad. "You... You... You're a virgin?" Carie was agape.
"So how did you know so much about sex an.. and all those things we talked about?" She asked. "Shuuu, the walls have ears!" I whispered to her. Since Alex mocked me the day I admitted it to him, I thought the upper class saw virginity as a taboo.
