Kapitel 32: 32- Fight Ends

Vetto couldn't react in time to the sea dragon flying right at him.

*BOOM*

The sound of an explosion reverberated as Vetto's figure was drowned with the water blast.

"YES!" - Noelle was happy. She had finally did some damage.

Unlike Noelle, Asta, Venessa and Finral did not stop to celebrate. Asta was already landing over Vetto with a downwards swing.

*BOOM*

Another explosion sounded as Asta's sword made contact with Vetto's body, sending debris and dust up in the air

*Swish! Swish! Swish!*

Wind slashes flew out of the debris aiming at Noelle. Noelle put her wand up, she didn't have enough time to dodge the attack, she barely had enough time to summon water in front of her, not even a full spell. Fortunately the water was enough to cause the wind slashes to change trajectory just enough to miss Noelle.

The sound of grunt was heard as Asta was kicked away.

Inside the dark room Noah had a huge smile on his face.

[She did it! That was a good spell for someone her level] - Draco sounded really happy

[Hahaha. I knew that she can do it. Now we can jump in if we want to] - Noah was happy as well

Back in cavern, Noelle, Finral and Venessa were doing their best to get Asta away from Vetto's relentless attacks. It seemed that Vetto was going to kill Asta.

Suddenly a chill ran through the whole cavern. Everyone, even the Vetto, froze in place instantly. The grip of fear had held them in place. Out of all of them, Vetto had it the worst.

Instinctively all of them moved their eyes to one corner of the cavern. A human shaped black cloud manifested out of the empty void. Two purple dots formed as they stared down on the group, mainly Vetto.

A cold sensation crept down Vetto's spine as death whispered in his ears. The hairs on Vetto's body stood as a testimony to his fear. The cold stream going down his spine got colder and colder. Vetto's eyes widened as he saw the black cloud shift slowly.

Death was crawling closer to him. He felt his life getting drained out of his body. He soul was getting ripped out his body. He was dying.

The sound of a single bell ring happened, as Vetto's world turned black. He stared into the pure darkness in front of him. It seemed that a whole minute passed, no a whole hour, or was it a day. Vetto was so confused, at first he thought that he has been in this darkness for a second, but then he started wandering if years had passed.

With the sound of the ring one more time. Vetto's found himself back at the cavern. The cloud shifted again and a human started forming out of the black cloud. Within a second, in front of him was the one who gave him nightmares before. A young man with silver hair. A four leafed grimoire floating next to him. Black smoke was leaking from his body. The young man had a small smile on his face as if he was amused by what he saw.

Vetto didn't even know what happened to him, but his whole body was shaking. He knew that normally if he dies, he would be put into an artificial body that the eye of the midnight sun had prepared for him. But at this moment he knew that if this young man kills him, he would die for real, no second chances.

"What do you think your doing" - Noah said as he looked at Vetto

Vetto jumped back. He didn't stop backing away until his back was against one of the cavern walls.

Noah, who was floating mid air, gently landed on the ground and looked at his friends and squad mates. Stretching out his hand.

{Pura Sanitas} Noah's voice sounded like an order to the whole world. His chant caused the air to shudder like it was getting bent to his will. As the chant was said, strands of natural mana intertwined around Noah's finger tips. The strands extended at a fast rate and attached themselves to all of his allies, even the ones still standing. All the cuts, broken bones, scrapes, and dislocated limps. All of them healed. The ones that were standing, they even felt their mana reserves get filled again.

Noelle who was standing behind her brother had an amazed look on her face. She watched as her brother's robes fluttered gently as the natural mana, now visible to everyone, were dancing at his finger tips. Just his presence alone caused the whole battle to change instantly. Merely him breathing caused her toughest enemy to shake in fear. Not only did he cause her biggest enemy to back away. He even healed and rejuvenated all of his allies.

Once all of his squad mates and allies had been healed, Noah looked at his opponents. {Ferrofluid Magic: Captis Rete} Another chant was uttered as the many black dots formed into the air and then strands connected those dots making a pure black capture net. The net flew at the knocked out eye of the midnight sun mages and wrapping them all up.

"Are you going to try and fight back, or maybe run away? Look, I'll capture you anyway. Now we can get this over with smoothly, or I'll have to break a few of your bones and then take you for interrogation anyway" - Noah saw Vetto's eyes panic, but he hasn't lost hope yet.

Just as he was about to use his whale phantom to try and escape. A black ring formed around his waist. Looking up he saw Noah walking towards the knocked out squad mates. He didn't bother with Vetto anymore.

"Luck, Are you ok?" - Noah asked as Luck was waking up

"Huh? What happened?" - Luck looked around, his eyes landed on Vetto.

"It's alright. I sealed his magic. He won't go anywhere now" - Noah smiled

Magna had also woken up. Looking around he saw that some of his squad mates were around. he felt relived that everything seemed to have ended without any major injuries

After that, captain Yami and the head priest had made their way to the cavern. They saw that everyone was ok. The head priest was worried for his grand children's lives. He saw Kiato's leg get shattered and torn into many pieces. But now it was as good as new. Even his mana was full and he was healthy. Kahono was the same. She was in top shape like nothing happened at all.

"Hahaha brat. If you could've done that from the beginning why did you wait all that time" - Yami asked happily as he saw that none of his subordinates die.

"Oh, I was only able to do that after thinking about it for a while. Once I figured a way to escape the formation I came here as fast as possible" - Noah lied

"Ahh, whatever. No one died so we are all good. Now old man, I think we won that game so give us the magic stone" - Yami turned to the head priest

The head priest was about to say something, but his eyes landed on Noah who was standing next to captain Yami. The priest wanted to push them a little more, but now that he saw what that young man can do, he didn't want to push his luck.

Reaching into his robes, he pulled out a blue crystal and threw it at captain Yami. Captain Yami started laughing while he put the stone in his pocket.

Looking at his squad, "Alright you worthless punks. I'm glad that none of you died. Since Noah got you all healed up and we have what we came here for. I think we out to head back"

"Yes Captain!"
