Since they were using their nimbleness and smaller size to evade his strikes, it required a lot more of Valgerd's attention to try and hit them.

As Arachnid landed right in front of Valgerd, his mammoth left hand came crashing down to his head. It was too quick for him to evade and Arachnid was forced to grab it.

There was a struggle and Arachnid could feel that Valgerd had gotten significantly weaker. The poison and tranquiliser darts might've actually done something because Arachnid was actually capable of pushing back his single hand.

As he extended his arms, he shouted back to the beast and once this happened, chains whipped around Valgerd's body.

"Aleksander! Hold this!" Sir Briones stated, handing him the end of a chain before whizzing away.

In seconds, chains started to wrap around his body and once they fully surrounded him, Sir Briones whipped them back to tighten his body.
