Lin FenXiang shoved his hands into his trousers' pockets and tapped his right foot against the white marble floor while standing behind his parents and among his siblings.

Lin QingLan gave him a sidelong glance and raised an eyebrow in question, as if asking him:

‘What's wrong with you?’

Lin FenXiang shook his head, every so often looking at the door as the entire family awaited their most anticipated guests.

On his right stood Lin FengYuan, poking around on his phone, a slight frown marring his handsome visage as he looked down at the screen with a hand inside his slacks' pocket.

Servant moved around busily, preparing for the Yan family's arrival, milling around, doing several things at once.

Lin ZhiHuang checked his watch and looked up, announcing. “They ought to be here soon.“

“Mhm, yes,” Mother Lin said, fussing with her husband's cuffs. Father Lin rolled his eyes, a fond expression settling on his face.
