Kapitel 89: In Enemy's Clutches

Once the allied mages fell like a flock of birds on hunting season. A multitude of spells rained on them as many died on the spot. Some were cooked alive, pierced by metal rods, sliced by dense wind blades or just folded by the sheer pressure of collective mana sense of the hooded devils as they commenced their advance into the fortress.

Triumphant cheers resounded among the hooded men as they conquered yet another domain. This time, with much less effort and losses. Moreover, in a way to celebrate their victory, they decided to leave no one alive.

But before any hooded men could step past the gate into the fortress. Three shadows zoomed past them as they dashed towards the throne hall.

But none of the hooded devils were surprised nor frightened by the sudden appearance of such powerful figures since they were none other than leading Advanced Apprentice Mages!
