His jacket is warm, and still carries his scent. Like sandalwood and clean, clear water. Nothing like any man I've ever smelled before. I resist the urge to lean over and smell the coat closer.

"Tell me your name."

"W-what?" I stammer. I try to salvage it by sounding annoyed. "You don't even know myname?"

"I know what they told me your name was."

My heart nearly stops. Does he know somehow?I'm an idiot. I'm alone with him. He could do anything he wants to make me talk. If he already knows, then I'm as good as dead. But how could he have found me out so quickly?

All Prescott could tell me about Fabien's power was that it had something to do with dreams. Could he be psychic or something?

Does he know I'm having wet dreams about him when I'm awake now?That doesn't matter! I'm trying to stay alive here.
