Kapitel 39: Tai Long
The next moment Tai Long stepped forward with his huge body and reached in front of Hansen in just two or three steps. Tai Long activated his first soul ring enhancing his strength. After that Tai Long raised his hairy fists and punched at Hansen
Meanwhile Hansen didn't even budge from his place and only activated his first soul ring Protego. However there was a huge difference from before. Now it wasn't only a means of defense for Hansen. Instead for all the soul masters below his level it was a thorny armour which will reflect back hundred percent of the damage.
And that's what happened to Tai Long too. The moment his fists made contact with the shield in front of Hansen, he felt an ominous premonition and immediately started feeling a huge force pushing him back along with an excruciating pain in his hands.

Everyone present around only saw that Tai Long flew away as soon as he punched.
After the dust settled down a bruised figure was revealed from within. Naturally Tai Long didn't accept defeat so easily and once again attacked Hansen . But this time his second and third soul ring also lit up giving him a few more buffs.
However even after trying a few more times the results were the same. Hansen also got bored and dispelled his Protego. But just before Tai Long thought he found a chance Hansen raised his wand and uttered a word .
" Stupefy! "
Following that Tai Long only saw a red light coming towards him and immediately after that he fell unconscious.
"Well that was pretty easy . But I guess I finally have my first follower. "
Hansen said while looking at the defeated Tai Long . Afterwards Hansen didn't stop and used his 'Dark Mark' spell.
'Anyway it was decided in the bet earlier on. '
Hansen thought and took his first step towards the Dark Lord of Douluo Continent.
A multicolored light came out of the tip of his wand and enveloped Tai Long in it. After that all of it was concentrated on his left arm and a strange tattoo appeared there.
It had a skull wearing a knight armour on half of it's face showing the loyalty of the knight . And the sword piercing the other half of the skull showed the strength the branded person received from the Dark Lord himself. Meanwhile the red moon in the back showed the ambition of the caster to dominate the whole world and stand above everyone like the moon.
At the moment the tattoo appeared on Tai Long's arm Hansen felt a mental connection with him. Hansen also felt that he can lend one of his soul ring abilities to him.
At the same time Tai Long's minions also came back to their senses at this time and stepped forward to check on him.
" Boss, answer me boss. You can't leave us just yet. You haven't even gotten married yet. "
One of them even started crying loudly and shaking Tai Long's body leaving Hansen standing on the side completely speechless.

Seeing this Hansen nodded. While everyone present around was confused.

After that farce was over Hansen met Tai Long alone and gave him the power of
'APPARITION' spell. However he can only use it three times a day. Thus although it couldn't be used in a battle regularly. But it is still very useful in surprise attacks and saving one's life

After that Tai Long took a leave from the academy and headed back to the clan.
Meanwhile Hansen and Zhu Zhuqing went to their allocated room.
Zhu Zhuqing was curious about the whole ordeal with Tai Long the whole way , since Hansen still hasn't told her about the Dark Mark. But she didn't speak until they reached their room.
" Hey Hansen, what was this Dark Mark you used today? Why don't I know anything about it? "
Zhu Zhuqing asked curiously.
" Well it's my fault for not telling you earlier. It's actually one of my self made soul skill. It's main function is to... "
After that Hansen explained everything about Dark Mark to Zhu Zhuqing.
