The first thing she changed was the work cycle. Before, they were forced to work 20 hours straight and rest for 4 hours daily. This earned a lot of dissatisfaction from the captives.

Aurora changed it to a three-shift system, with each shift lasting 8 hours. However, instead of working 8 hours and resting for 16 hours, it was the other way around. The prisoners were assigned a 16-hour work period and an 8-hour rest period.

Furthermore, instead of taking the "mine all you can and rest" attitude, she added a quota for them to reach. At first glance, the amount she specified seemed to be too much. However, it was actually computed pretty accurately.
