Kapitel 98: SOUP

"I'm starving" Abigail said as she placed her head on the table with her hands wrapped around her tummy.

"It's ready" Xavier answered as he picked the plate and poured some of the soup in a bowl, he reached his hand out and picked a spoon.

"Aren't you going to get some for yourself?" Abigail asked when she noticed that he had only poured the soup in one bowl, she stretched her neck to look inside the pot to see if there was any left but there was none. 

"Do I look hungry?" Xavier asked as he placed the bowl in front of her while he took of his apron and hanged it back where it should be.

"It doesn't seem right that you cook and I eat" Abigail said as she looked inside the bowl for a while. Like she had guessed, he was making soup but not the kind of soup she was used to eating. 

"By the way.." Abigail began her sentence as she looked at the bowl before taking another look at him. "What is this?" Abigail asked trying not to sound rude.
