We could make something better out of that..." he said with a snicker as the two continued their bantering.
The Yellow Brigade and Flower Rain looked at the couple in dumbfoundedness…
Since when were the elite Corps of China made of air!? "Bastards! don't ignore us!" Flower Rain yelled in outrage and took out her sword, ready to pounce!
"Fufufu~ ignore them, dear~" Giggled Aphrodite as she let Alucard play with her however he wanted.
The elderly woman lifted her hand in reprimand, making Flower Rain huff in disapproval.
"Excuse me, Mr Vlad, could you confirm that fact that you are indeed the God of War? Also, your cultivation, could you at least try to retract it?" Since arrogance wasn't working, might as well try to be submissive.
Sensing her change in tone, Alucard turned around, still holding Aphrodite close to him as a golden light shone so suddenly attracting everyone's attention, and a golden spear with red markings appeared floating beside him...
'He really is the God of War...' How could she not recognise that spear?

"That is indeed the case... I happened to kill him by mistake and now it turns out I got his powers, as for suppressing my cultivation, I don't really feel like it" He explained with utmost seriousness, how could he say that he had yet to understand how cultivation worked? If she didn't tell him just now, he wouldn't know he was emitting anything... The woman frowned but acceded shortly after, "My name is Yan Sanniang from the Yang Family in Beijing, an ex-member of Hongmeng. Now, could you answer my question?"
"The shadow hound huh? If I say that I'm then what will you do?" Alucard said with a smile half daringly.
His response immediately triggered the brigade and Yan Sanniang, the former raised their guns again and every single laser pointed at Alucard's head.
*RUMBLE!*
The whole building shook as an invisible pressure covered the whole area.
"Then I will have to eradicate you this instant…" Yan Sanniang answered coldly as an invisible pressure started to envelop her body and it was a pressure he couldn't recognise, but one thing was certain, her cultivation was higher than his...
"Hehe, then I guess I'm not. Moreover, I saw on the TV that the picture was taken of the Shadow Hound depicting 'it' as a little girl. Do I look like a little girl to you?" Yan Sanniang retracted her aura and nodded, that was indeed the case, however. The fact that he and the shadow hound shared a spot was very suspicious, what if the shadow hound is his subordinate or acquaintance?

Alucard took out his phone with a smile and dialled a number in front of their shocked gazes.
"Vlad, how have you been my friend? Do you need anything?"

Upon hearing the voice, Yan Sanniang's eyes contorted... Sheng Mingluo...
"Mingluo, I have a certain individual accusing me of being involved with your disappearance after you gifted me that Lambo, I think you're gonna have to deal with her regarding this matter, why didn't you tell anybody that you were on holiday...", Alucard stated and Sheng Mingluo let out a gasp.
"Who is it?"
"Someone belonging to the Yang Family..."
"Is the Yang Family causing trouble for you? I'll have to give the commander a few calls... I don't have time to deal with their nonsense."
"There is no need!!" Yan Sanniang shouted with gritted teeth. The Yang Family was the peak of the military, but economic sponsors were difficult to get in the current circumstances, especially after the catastrophe, and Sheng Mingluo was one such, even if they were powerful, they couldn't bear to lose the support of someone like him now!

"Stop playing with us bastard, do you think we are a bunch of newborns!?" Flower Rain, who was told to follow Yan Sanniang's orders at all times was progressively reaching her limit, this bastard is playing with them!
She wasn't concerned that her bullet didn't do anything to him... She was used to that when cultivators were involved.

Yan Sanniang frowned as her white robe undulated, would it really be wise to go with these two gods just by herself?
"What's wrong? You were all high and mighty not too long ago Sanniang, are you afraid of the numbers now? How about this I use my words as a stake that we won't attack you together." The count suggested with a smile as his body floated right next to Aphrodite's
"Your words aren't worth anything Mr Vlad."
"But that's the only chance you will get to get closer to me."
"Who wants to get closer to you? Hmph! Fine, I'll go, lead the way, Goddess Aphrodite." The elderly woman huffed in disdain and floated up, if push came to shove, she believed the two of them wouldn't be able to stop her from fleeing.
She turned around and faced the corps and Cai Ning.
"You can retreat back to your HQ, I'll take it from here, pinpoint the whole country and outside and see if there are any attacks during the time I'm with them." She gave her orders to the brigade before leaving.
'If nothing happens whatsoever, then there are more odds that he's the shadow hound' she thought, that's the secret motive.
Flower Rain's cold eyes flashed through Alucard's pink ones before she nodded and the soldiers started jumping from the building leaving her for last.
She sent him a last murderous glance before leaving.
"She's very sweet… Let's do this, I have a date with CEO Tang Wan tomorrow. And I'm looking forward to it." Alucard chuckled and turned to the two women.
"Fufu~ Follow me then." Aphrodite's figure flashed and flew away at hypersonic speeds.
*BOOOMMM!!*
Yan Sanniang turned around and saw that, unlike Aphrodite who made quite the commotion, Alucard just wasn't there anymore.
It was soundless...
With a frown, a transparent sphere covered her body and she moved at amazing speeds, tailing Aphrodite.
