Kapitel 139: Chapter 139 - Humanity and Mysterious Man

As Axel and his team continue to explore the ruins, a strange sensation washes over the area. Unbeknownst to them, a man in black clothes was watching them from a strange, ethereal sphere. The man seemed to emanate an air of power and authority, and he watched the group with a sense of unease.

"Humanity should not be here," the man muttered to himself. "These ruins are not meant for their eyes. They are not ready for the knowledge that lies within."

The man's eyes narrowed as he watched the group continue their exploration. He wondered if he should intervene and stop them, but he hesitated. After all, they had already stumbled upon the teleportation stone and the inscriptions from the Dark Continent. Perhaps they were more knowledgeable than he had initially assumed.

For now, the man decided to continue watching from a distance. He would bide his time and wait for the right moment to reveal himself.

At that time, the man in the black clothes noticed that the humans were talking to each other and planning things and how to go on exploring the ruins.

He smiled, pain in his eyes; he took a deep breath and closed his eyes.

The man in the black clothes remembered a time long ago when he saw a wolf-humanoid creature. It was a majestic being, fiercely loyal to its king. The man's eyes grew sad as he recalled the events that led to its demise. He whispered to himself, "My king, I always remember you." The man knew that humans had no place in the ruins, but he also couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia for the creatures that once roamed there.

The man in the black clothes thought a little and commented.

"Humans were well liked by my king, but they are the creatures that are capable of doing the most evil acts."

As the man thought about the evil acts and humans in the same sentence, a red-colored energy flashed in his eyes, and seconds later, a huge amount of nen poured from his body as he took a deep breath.

"So, if they are able to leave the next room alive, they would be showing that they deserve to meet with me and earn their prize."

At that time, the sphere changed and showed the First Ruins, where Ging and his team are working.

The man in the black clothes took a deep breath and nodded.

"Yeah, they are not complete fools like other humans; they are working hard to learn knowledge."

"If only humans back then were like this!"

Axel and Navi, as well as others, continued to walk in the long hallways lit by blue fire torches.

They were all alert and careful of their surroundings. Axel tried to keep his eyes open at all surroundings. Axel tried to keep his eyes open at all times, but he always noticed that he could only see for ten to fifteen meters around himself.

His En is still blocked,

"It must be the En Block Stones; they are scattered around here."

Axel commented loudly. Others looked at him and nodded. Navi, on the other hand, smiled and commented positively.

"It means that the place we are in is hiding a great secret; that is the only reason I can think of for such protection against peering eyes."
