Kapitel 100: Chapter 100 - The Nightmare -
In the shallow waters of a tranquil sea lies the wreckage of the Nyaden, a ship that may have been sunk on purpose hundreds of years ago. She's not in the best of shapes, to say the least; a broken mast and shattered planks litter the main deck. It's a quiet, watery grave, but a few large aquatic creatures see her as their new home. They often change positions as they change their minds about which spot is best. The new inhabitants will guard their homes against new arrivals as well as try to claim more for themselves when given the chance.
The Nyaden makes for a sad sight from afar, like a discarded toy nobody looks twice at. She still stands upright for the most part, and the absence of a crew leaves a deafening silence. A couple of boxes and containers are scattered across the floor and half buried in sand. Some of the broken ones have twisted bars and rusty chains.
Fortunately, human remains are not part of this wreckage site, most likely because they made it out in one piece, but it's possible the waters took them elsewhere too.
around the airship cabin and noticed that they were still in the air and had already passed the city. He checked his watch and saw that he had been sleeping for about four hours.
As he sat up and stretched, his mind began to wander back to the dream he had just had. He couldn't quite remember all the details, but he knew it involved a ship and shipwreckage. He wasn't sure what it meant, but he couldn't shake the feeling that it was significant.
Axel took a deep breath and tried to clear his mind. He knew that it wasn't healthy to dwell on dreams too much and that he needed to focus on the mission ahead. But still, the dream lingered in his thoughts, nagging at him with its mysterious symbolism.
As he sat there, lost in thought, he suddenly realized He is being called by Navi, his teammate and hunter. She asked about how he feels and how things are going, and Axel answered simply that everything is okay and he is coming to the agreed site.
"Are you okay?" She asked, "You sound like you just got out of a fight."
Axel shook his head, trying to clear his mind. "Yeah, I'm fine," he said, forcing a smile. "I just had a weird dream, that's all."
Navi nodded, but her expression remained serious. "Well, try not to dwell on it too much. We have a mission to complete, and we need to be focused and alert if we want to succeed."
Axel nodded in agreement, feeling a renewed sense of purpose. He knew that Navi was right and that he needed to put the dream out of his mind and focus on the task at hand.
He asked for a drink from the flight attendant and started drinking as he kept looking out of the window.
"I should not dwell on the past anymore; I knew that time does not matter here, at least in most cases."
Axel whispered to himself as he finished his drink, stood up, and started to walk in the airship to clear his head a little
