The medication started working finally. I didn’t feel anxious, and everything became more transparent. Dr. Shaw helped me realize my anxiety affected my temper. It was good to have control over my life again.

Shaun was working with me today at the bakery when Kaxon and Mason showed up.

/"What are you doing here?/" I asked my cousins.

/"We come bearing good news and tidings,/" Kaxon answered. I looked at Kaxon weird. /"Your probation is no more./" Kaxon grinned. Mason rolled his eyes. I shook my head.

/"What did you do?/" I asked.

/"Well, I chatted with a girl who agreed to a date,/" Kaxon mentioned. That shocked us. /"She talked to her grandpa, who talked to her uncle, and they talked to the Dean. Her family owns most of the school,/" Kaxon explained.

/"So, you used the girl to help yourself and me,/" I mentioned.
