Eddie felt a spark of anger as he looked at him. He couldn't believe Christopher was standing there, smiling and acting as if nothing had occurred.

Eddie had forgotten about his resolution to question him and discover the truth. He just wanted to yell at him and tell him to leave.

His mother fulfilled his wish.

"What are you doing here?" Pamela asked. "You shouldn't be here."

Christopher finally turned his gaze away from Eddie and onto Pamela. He knew she was upset with him because of his closeness to Vivian, but he never thought she would dislike him visiting Eddie.

"Pamela, is this how you talk to Chris?" Austin was losing his cool. "He is worried about Eddie, which is why he has come here in the middle of the night. You are being impolite to him by not thanking him. What's wrong with you? If you are so unhappy, please leave."
