Chapter 311: Lord Holdem
"Mister Urashima!" Mouse man hurried to help the Sumo Champion from beneath the rubble.
"Who dares attack me!" Urashima pushed a piece of the wall away from him.
"Oh…I think I stepped on something…"
Mouseman looked down and realized he was indeed, on top of the body of a horse, except the upper part was human.
"Wait, I think I know this person…"
"Miss Speed!" A group of black-armored men hurried inside the restaurant.
"Mouseman, get off her!" One of them shouted at him.
"Is that Miss Speed?...the Headliner?" Urashima managed to calm down slightly after seeing this.
They didn't even notice when Vivi and Zoro entered the restaurant.
"How could you eat so much?, this is insane!" Vivi was busy, looking at the bill.
"Shishishi, is not the same without Sanji. I haven't been able to eat my fill in a long time!. Did you find him?" Luffy asked.
"Yes, we got the shitty cook…" Zoro looked back at the growing group of onlookers.
"Maybe we should talk somewhere else…"
"What about Nami and Franky?, where are they?" Luffy asked.
"Looking for the rest of you. What happened?, I could sense all of you getting separated after arriving to the island." Vivi said.
"Mmm…" Her Captain needed to think for a moment before answering.
"No idea…" He eventually said.
"What?, how can you not know?" Zoro raised an eyebrow.
"Traffys ship is very strange…it travels underwater so I couldn't see anything. But when we were approaching the island, they started to shout something about a whirlpool and…the ship started to fill with water…I don't remember much after that. Then I woke up close to this city and came to eat something." He said nonchalantly.
"Well…it does seem they all made it here at least. We got separated to find you all." Vivi said.
"That's right!, you can find them all, Vivi!" Luffy seems to finally recall.
"I do…" She filtered the auras inside the town, trying to find any other familiar ones.
"I don't think any of them are here thought…but I can sense a few, east of here."
"Let's go then…I don't like this town." Zoro commented.
"Who are the ones making a mess in Bakura Town!" A tremendously loud shout came from the outside.
"It's him!"
"Run!"
"He is going to kill us all!"
The patrons started to panic when they heard that voice and hurried out of the restaurant.
The owner and waiters ran to the back and hid.
Even Urashima and Mouseman moved quickly to one side.
"It's Lord Holdem!" One of the Pleasures said.
"He is finally here!"
"Hehe, he is definitely going to teach these outlaws a lesson."
A massive man stood in front of the restaurant, they could see his figure through the gap on the wall.
He was a shirtless large man with long brown hair, cat-like whiskers, and tattoos. He also had a lion's head protruding from his waist.
Next to him were two strange individuals. One had the head of an alpaca and the other one was a bald man with horns and a snake protruding from his waist.
"There you are!. I'm going to teach you a lesson you'll never forget!" Holdem shouted while pointing at them.
"This town is filled with weirdos… let's get out of here," Vivi suggested.
"What about the bill?" Asked Luffy.
"Captain!, we are pirates…I think we can skip the bill and run away." Vivi felt the need to tell him.
"But I would feel bad about the poor owner…" Luffy said.
"It's okay young man…" The owner of the restaurant approached them slightly and bowed to them.
"Y-you don't have to pay anything…I'm used to it already…" The old man looked very sad.
"We'll manage…somehow."
"Oh come on!" Vivi yelled.
"Why does look so sad and miserable?! Now I feel bad."
"You also destroyed this poor old man's restaurant." Zoro reminded her.
"They are ignoring you, Boss." Snakeman noticed.
"Yes, I can't believe they haven't commented on my magnificent appearance either." Alpacaman looked very offended.
"How dare you!. I'm going to…ouch!" He got bitten by the lion's head on his waist.
"Stop that!, this is not the time."
"You!" Vivi approached the Sumo Champion.
"Me?" Urashima was taken aback. He did not want to be involved in this anymore.
"What do you want?"
"You look like you are loaded…do you mind footing the bill and paying for the damages to the restaurant?" Vivi requested politely.
"Why would I do that?!" Urashima was about to smash this girl to smothering when he was interrupted by Holdem, the lion Gifter.
"Wait a moment, I just noticed one thing…" He approached Vivi and leaned forward to get a better look.
"You are stunning!"
Vivi raised an eyebrow.
"Thanks?...but I was having a conversation with this big man right here…"
"You want money to pay for this?" He pointed at the damage around him.
"I can take care of that for you…I am the one in charge of this place!." He said proudly.
"You are?"
'They put this clown in charge?' Vivi wondered why.
"Of course, it won't be that easy. I propose to you a bet…if you can win, I'll pay for everything but if I win…"
"Yes? come on, just spit it already…" She did not enjoy these games.
"Hehe…If I win…you have to become mine for tonight!" Holdem gave her a lustful glare.
"Not this again boss…" Snakeman looked disappointed.
"I thought we were over this thing…" So did Alpacaman.
"Shut up!." Holdem yelled at them.
"What's the bet?" Vivi did not bat an eye.
"A brave one, I like it, hehe. The bet is very simple. Since you have made it this far, I assume that you at least know how to fight…all you have to do in order to win is very simple. You have to make me fall down, as long as any part of my body other than my feet touches the ground...you win. I'll even give you three free shots at me. I won't move from here or defend myself…and you can hit me three times!" Holdem told her with complete confidence.
"Boss, how manly!"
"Boss Holdem!, he is the best!"
His men cheered for him.
"Three free hits?" Vivi didn't know what to say.
"Sure, I'll accept that bet."
"Excellent!" Holdem had a toothy smile on his face.
"I am going to enjoy this so much!"
"No…he is not…" Zoro muttered.
"That poor lion…" Luffy added.
