Kapitel 9: Chapter 9: Drinks Down, Dresses Up

Felicity needed a drink. She had heard some of the crew discussing going out to Moe's Bar later and thought she would surprise them and join. She needed to take her mind off things. She knew Perry and Weston weren't getting along, so she wasn't worried about Weston being there.

She drove home from the hospital, keeping her phone volume up high in case her father called, and ran inside to change.

She found her slinky black dress buried in the back of her closet. She hadn't worn it in a very long time. It was Julian's favorite little black dress and it made her feel sexy and confident.

She took a quick shower and pulled the dress up over her hips. She glanced in the mirror, did a quick twirl, and was satisfied with what she saw.

She never had to worry about being out of shape. The job alone was a daily workout. Most nights she went home with every muscle aching.
