Kapitel 49: the sky is falling

"You're pushing him way too hard, he's just a kid!" I remembered hearing my parents fighting downstairs as I talked to my friend online,

"Everything ok dude?" Gabriel asked from over the mic,

"Yeah, just my parents," I said putting my headphones on to drown out the noise.

I held the control in my hand and Gabriel spoke again from the mic.

"Which college are you planning on going to?" He asked,

"My mom wants me to go to Princeton University," I answered,

"Good, then let's make a promise."

"You and me, we're going to meet up as students of that university."

"Ok?"

I smiled,

"You got it!"

The next day my father left us, just as he came...

My father was always a mysterious man, my mother often called him Ken..but other people call him a different name, one that I couldn't remember,

he was a leading game developer in a big company but one day he just..disappeared leaving me behind with mother.
