Kapitel 94: Convincing Kong

After using his relationship with Berry failed as well, he had to ask him directly the most puzzling question he and his friend were trying their best to find an answer to.

"I'm just a nobody," William honestly said, "I came from a family with no big history like yours."

"But…"

"All I have here is thanks to my master," William wasn't lying. But he didn't know that Kong already knew about possessing three spirit elements. And in the latter's eyes, only belonging to a big family or hailing from one was the only possible explanation.

"Ok," but from the tone and look on William's face, Kong was sure this kid wasn't lying, "tell me then, what do you think about the dark masters?" he asked all of sudden, changing the topic, trying to get to know William better.

He already overheard him while he spoke about his enmity with those despicable dark masters. But Kong wanted to hear the answer himself.
