Kapitel 18: Sad Story

The morning had welcomed back; the usual sound of the rooster was absent this time. The sound of the cell phone alarm, which usually rings loudly, is now absent, which usually turns off the night light every morning, now no longer exists.

Because all the electricity in the city went out, Rainbow City is now like a dead city for those who still live there.

And the three of them felt it.

Xavier, Alexis, and Tyler.

"Xavier has to work harder to make the shield!" said Tyler.

Xavier was silent for a moment, trying to remember something. His eyes narrowed and then widened as he remembered exactly what he was about to say.

"I remember something, Mannaz said to me about Uruz," Xavier said instantly.

"About me?" Tyler asked, pointing to himself. He, who didn't know anything, was confused because Xavier suddenly said that.

"Yes, you.."

Before he fused with Mannaz, Xavier explained that Uruz was the Wizard Guardian and could also make a shield out of him. But maybe Tyler didn't know about it. But Xavier continued his story that Tyler could make a shield like the one made by Uruz.

Xavier explains that the shield that will come out of Tyler's strengths is a square or box that has space, it can also be without space, but Mannaz says that the shield that Uruz has is no less great than that of Mannaz.

So, Tyler could make the shield while Xavier and Alexis were training. Because saving energy belongs to Xavier too.

"Ah, I'll try later when I get there!" Tyler said yes to Xavier's planning.

"But you're still guiding us, okay?" Alexis said

Tyler agreed by giving him two thumbs up.

Finally, the three of them decided to go to the field to practice because, this time, they needed a more spacious place than their place on the second floor.

Alexis was silent for a moment as he passed the alley where he had passed before. He remembered his memories with his mother. And at that very second, he immediately realized that it had been a few days since he had not come home at all, and his house could also be said to be close to the Rainbow Lake Area.

"Now, way!" Alexis said as he fell onto the road, his eyes were hot, and tears were pouring out of him.

"Hey, what's up?" Xavier asked worriedly because he saw his lover suddenly silent in the middle of the road.

"What an idiot; how can I forget that I left Mother at home alone ever since that incident!" Alexis said while hitting the road.

Xavier and Tyler fell silent when they heard Alexis' words. They also didn't know if Alexis's mother was still alive, considering that the third wave that came was almost swept away. Whatever is nearby.

"Hey, calm down, okay," Xavier said while trying to calm Alexis.

"Your mother must be fine!"

Xavier gave the code to Tyler, with his eyes saying.

But Tyler only gave a signal by shrugging his shoulders. Then Xavier glared sharply at Tyler.

And quickly, Tyler cupped his hands and apologized to Xavier.

"Well, I guess we should check over there!" Tyler said suddenly, which made Xavier look surprised at what he said.

Alexis, who heard Tyler's words, immediately lifted his face and looked at Tyler expectantly.

"Thanks, Ty," he said, wiping the tears from his face.

Xavier helped Alexis up and wiped the tears streaming down his cheeks.

Xavier tried to calm Alexis down so he wouldn't think too much about his mother.

The three finally changed course to check on Alexis' house.

It's like being hypnotized by this incident to the point that they all forget about the people close to them.

Tyler took the lead to Alexis' house to check whether Alexis' house was still standing well.

Alexis gives directions to his house in a long and roundabout way because if they pass through a destroyed place in the Rainbow Lake area, they will easily be found.

During the trip, Tyler's senses he used just in case. Like Uruz, he is the Wizard Guardian whose job is to look after his pack and also the person who must be prioritized and guarded.

And while on the way, Tyler tried everything he could to practice whatever shields he could use to protect himself and those with him.
