She was actually on par with Samuel, perhaps even stronger as she clearly had a deep foundation.

Among his people, practically only his aunt could defeat her.

With the current state of the earth, to advance that far at such a young age was certainly impossible unless her talent was simply too high or she got something that could push her strength to that point without any ill effects.

"Who are you?" The woman asked as she arrived in front of Arthur while her hand slashed her sword towards his face.

Attacking while asking practically had the purpose of disrupting the opponent's focus.

Too bad she was up against Arthur, he had no problem answering while parrying.

"Arthur," he said and at the same time an ice sword was created in his hand.

He blocked the woman's sword attack with the ice sword.
