He then isolated the room so that the sounds would stop. First, he tied Grover to the sofa to prevent him from escaping. He is not sure what caused them to behave like this. So until he regained consciousness, he thought it would be wise to tie them like this.
Then he came to Annabeth who was standing as she was not able to move due to Alex's telekinesis. He embraced her from behind to prevent her from escaping as well as for his satisfaction.
After 5 minutes, as they did not hear the song they slowly regained their consciousness.
Annabeth who regained consciousness slowly opened her eyes. Then she saw a pair of arms around her waist and felt someone hugging her from behind.
She then grabbed her arm and attempted to escape the hug. Then she heard a voice
"Oh, it seems you woke up?"
Hearing that familiar voice she let go of the hand and turned around and saw Alex's smiling face. Then she said
"Why are you hugging me from behind?" with an embarrassed expression
"Of course because I wanted to, for bullying me in the camp," said Alex in a playful manner
"Since you have your revenge, can you let me go?" asked Annabeth while struggling in Alex's embrace.
"Oh, Annabeth, don't be silly! You know I'd never let you go until I'm satisfied"
As he tightly hugged Annabeth. Then a voice came that interrupted their moment
"Umm, are you two aware that I'm awake?"
Alex and Annabeth were so caught up in the moment that they didn't realize Grover was awake and watching them. They were both embarrassed to be caught in such an intimate embrace.
"When did you wake up?"
"When the two of you were doing something suspicious?" Grover asked with a smile
"We were not doing anything, I'm just checking her condition "
"Yeah yeah, I understand. You're such a bad liar... I bet you were doing something!"
"No we are not doing anything," said Annabeth shaking her hands.
"Can you tell me why I'm tied to the sofa?" asked Grover
"I was worried about you. You've been acting strange and I was afraid you were about to do something reckless, so I tied you to the sofa just in case," said Alex while untying the ropes with his telekinesis.
"So you are saying I lost control of my body and you tied me like this to save me," said Grover while standing from the sofa.
"Yep"
"Then why is she untied?"
"That is why I'm holding her, to prevent her from escaping."
Hearing that Grover thought
You tied me to a sofa.
And in her case, you hugged her with a happy smile
"What you mean to say is that we both lost consciousness when we heard the song," said Annabeth while standing beside Alex.
"Yes, and you also started walking towards the direction from where the song is coming "
"Do you have any idea what caused you both to lose control over your bodies?"
"yeah, the only creature that can do this is a siren "
"Sirens were beautiful women with the upper bodies of humans and the lower bodies of birds and they could sing bewitching songs," said Annabeth.
Sirens had a unique ability to enchant people with their singing, luring sailors to their deaths. They were said to be so beautiful that sailors were unable to resist the temptation, and would steer their ships into the rocks and drown.
"This is the thing that is recorded in myths. This creature can sing, which can cause listeners to lose their senses and become attracted to the song. "
After hearing that Grover had a shocked expression and asked
"You mean to say there are sirens in this hotel?"
"Yes, only they can cause this."
While the two were talking, Alex expanded his Telepathy all over the hotel and sensed five supernatural presences. Four near their room and one near the swimming pool
Alex then saw the siren was about to attack Percy
At the swimming pool
Percy was sitting deep under the pool thinking about the things that happened today

After 5 minutes, Percy came out of the swimming pool, changed into his clothes, and started walking towards the steps.
Then he heard a song. He felt as if he was losing control of his body and his conciseness began to sink. Then a voice came into his mind which alerted his mind
'Percy close your ears, don't get bewitched by the song '
Hearing the same voice he always heard when he was in danger, he got control of his body and Percy covered his ears with his hands. Then he shouted
"Who is there? Show yourself."
Then laughter came and a woman with long black hair and violet eyes with a beautiful face appeared 15 steps away from Percy
"Hehehe as expected of a son of Poseidon, you escaped from my bewitching song "
