Kapitel 218: The Pain At Zane's Neck

Zane found it difficult to meet with a vampire version of Aiden who remembered nothing about his past.

"Do you really not remember anything?" he asked incredulously as they walked through the entrance of Dominion Central University.

"No," Aiden answered. "Did we know each other well?" he asked in return.

"We knew each other," Zane confirmed. He was not sure if "well" was the right word to describe their shallow acquaintance. It was rather complicated.

"So, uh... Welcome to the university," Zane said, waving his arm awkwardly.

He did not know why he ended up becoming the one who had to give a tour to every new person who entered the Caldwell family. Possibly because he was the only member of the family who was still stuck in the university.

He and Alain, really.

Considering that Alain had yet to be turned into a vampire, Zane understood why he got the dreary task.
