Kapitel 163: The Ambush (1)

News about the ambush spread quickly throughout their hideout half an hour before the enemies arrived.

It was all thanks to Mark Parsons and his hi-tech detection equipment.

"They are coming from all directions," the man told Izabella Hornthorpe. The two of them were standing in a control room. In front of them were a bunch of monitor screens that were packed together and covered one side of the walls. At the bottom lay a lot of cables that were tied together neatly across the floor.

The bluish-white light was reflected on their faces as the screens showed the movements of their approaching enemies. Numerous vampires and werewolves were seen flashing across the screens. Mark Parsons could feel the tingle of both fear and excitement at his fingertips. "Tonight, this place will be bathed in blood."

The vampire lady did not look frightened at all. She even looked a little bored.
