As they navigated through the mist-shrouded island, Nicholas and Lyle encountered various challenges. They had to be constantly on guard, as the creatures lurking in the mist were elusive and deadly. The terrain was treacherous, with hidden pitfalls and sudden drops. At times, they had to backtrack and find alternative routes, as the path ahead seemed impassable.
This island, when compared to the others, was quite different.
It was more akin to a maze, and many times more difficult to traverse.
The mist made it harder to see, and it made it harder to sense monsters and even the plants, there were traps around, all of the traps actually plants that acted as traps, or dangerous pitfalls with spikes, sharp rocks, and monsters inside of them.
One wrong move could spell the end of a person.
