Kapitel 465: Shadows of the Fallen Deity

Lyle found himself in a dark space that had no light.

He looked around himself, but could see nothing, could hear nothing, nor could he sense a single thing.

He wasn't able to breathe, but he didn't need to breathe in this place at all.

He couldn't hear his heart beating, and he couldn't sense his blood coursing through his veins, none of that was present, and yet, it was not necessary.

It was his soul, not his body, that was in this weird dark space, and the soul had no need for such things.

 It needed no breath to sustain itself, a heart was not necessary and there was no blood coursing through it. 

Still, for the first minute, Lyle was panicking a bit, after all, he didn't realize it was his soul here at first and thought that something had happened to him. After all, such a thing had never happened during any of his previous evolutions.

Upon figuring things out, Lyle started investigating the weird space he was in.
