Alpha Bayzil saw Anna as a traitor to the pack. He ordered her to be locked up immediately.

'So that was how she ended up in the cold dark cell.' Safira thought to herself.

"I was a prison guard at the time. I struck up a conversation with her from time to time and eventually became her only friend."

"What happened on the day I was born?" Safira asked.

Greyson's eyes were filled with sorrow as he recounted the events. Anna was in labor for a while, but eventually, she gave birth to Safira, a healthy baby girl. Just when they thought things were going well, Safira's eyes changed color.

They turned shimmering gold and Anna gasped in surprise. There was happiness and worry written on her face.
