Kapitel 28: Chapter 27: Plot
The day went off without a hitch. I was expecting Jian to confront me once again, but the day went smoothly without any troubles so far. I still wasn't handed my schedule and it was sure that it was only going to be done tomorrow so I went back to my dorm, as there were no important things to do left after that class.
There were still some people looking at me talking about the rumors that were spreading, but that was about it. Though I did make a small discovery about my abilities, the system to be specific.
Though I could see people still looking at me in curiosity and interest, the attention count doesn't seem to increase as much this morning. I'm not sure if this theory is correct, but I might only get one attention point per person as long as I get their interest.
Does it change per day? per week? per month? I'm not sure but only time could tell the answer to that.
This will severely slow my point gathering as I'm probably going to need to interrupt the natural flow of this story more if I want to show off.

It's the next day and I was woken up by something weird and pretty scary if you ask me.

Written on my phone were these exact words. Yes, someone is calling and that person is no other than Griza, the president of Sense.
What does he need from me?
He is honestly the last thing I'd expect to receive a call from, and I'm not sure if I want to.
Honestly, if I could just go on with my day without answering this, I would've already.

But, he clearly doesn't think the same. So without wasting any more time, I clicked the green button and reluctantly said my greetings.
" Hello? "
" Oh, Mr. Mon. I thought you were asleep. " He says in a calm yet threatening tone.
" Yeah... I was actually woken up by the ringtone. Sir. " I say, immediately using the excuse that was brought up so freely in front of me.
" Oh is that so? I'd like to apologize then. "
" Uh no no. But could I ask what the esteemed president wants from me? "
" Nothing much... Since you seem so busy recently. I'd like to inform you that the school has completely stopped the leak of information about you having an ability, as it's our role to protect you. But if you want otherwise, that's the reason for my sudden call..."

Fuck... I already have a plan on how to deter outside attention from me any longer, but it seems like that isn't needed. As I know what would happen if I ignore this sentence.
I shouldn't have underestimated him...
Though unbeknownst to him, this was actually how I grow stronger. How I catch up to the Pillars, and also how I become even more famous until it becomes an unstoppable snowball, building itself without any limits. But a snowball that loud wouldn't even become an avalanche If it attracts people. That's why I planned to hide this from the media, but it seems like Griza beat me to it.

Griza was an unpredictable man. He was the opponent of Sol in one chapter but suddenly is leading humanity to safety in the next. He was someone who only thinks of himself, and whether he becomes the devil or the angel, as long as it helps him in some way, he'll be there in a second. I'm not sure what he was plotting, but this was for the best...
" I hope it stays that way for a while. " I say to the unpredictable man on the opposite of my phone.
I'm sure amidst that service of taking care of the outside media, there exists a twist. I'm not sure what he's trying to achieve in this scenario as it's too general, it could be because he doesn't want me to get stolen to a different academy or some sinister scenario, but I know enough to realize that this is a threat.
He's basically saying, I'll share it with the media myself if you don't... As I'm sure he realized that I have a few days to handle this problem, but he's shortening it to this instant, if I don't...
" I see... I'd be off then. A busy man like me can't listen to your student's worries, so I can only say good luck. " He says without changing his intonation, making me more anxious as I fail to read his intentions.

I'm not sure what that was all about, but I think I made the right decision. Though I do get stronger from gaining more attention, I'd rather not be famous that way. Being famous for being a strong Guardian cadet like the PIllars, and being famous for performing the impossible were two different things.
One you'd be treated as a genius, while the other as a lab rat.
" The students and the staff in Sense know about your ability, but be calm as this school doesn't let rumors and information gathered here escape to the public. I'll leave it to your imagination how we do that as I'll have to go now. " He ends the call instantly.

Uh, If I think too much about it, it would just sour my day even more. I have things to do later.
Anyways, he said something about most staff and students knowing about it already, which is great news. It basically means safe attention points.
