Kapitel 32: Chapter 32; It was Shen Fai who gave the permit?

They had just arrived when they were notified that the patient they are visiting acted up and was not in any right condition to be visited.

"Nurse.. what happened? Who visited her? Why would she act up?" Shen Chen anxiously inquired as he paced around nervously.

"The patient became more violent and acted up maniacally today, and we had to administer several electrical shocks and relaxants to calm her down." The nurse responded.

" What? How could you do that without informing my father? Shouldn't we be notified when something like this occurs? Don't we need to be notified and then we can permit to go ahead?" Shen Chen inquired coldly as Shen Cheng stumbled back out of shock and his entire body trembled.
