Kapitel 57: Club Adventures (5)

Spade carefully sat in the car, still not letting go of Arren in his arms. So, even if it was slightly cramped for them, Arren ended up sitting on Spade's lap in the backseat.

Arren then rested his head on Spade's shoulders while the alpha's arms were wrapped around him and he slightly stroked them for a bit. After a moment of silence, Spade finally gave his order to the waiting driver.

"To the palace," he said, and the driver instantly complied.

It was also already late at night, and his foot hurt so bad that Arren didn't have time to flirt with Spade, so he concentrated on enduring the pain.

Even though he wanted to fall asleep, he couldn't since it was truly throbbing so much. At some point, Arren had already bit his lips and clenched his teeth so he wouldn't make a sound, even though he really wanted to just cry from how painful it was.
