"I have no knowledge of any Blessed person in the North right now," the Duke whispered.

The two of them were currently standing on top of the tree near the area where the fight was happening. Because of her light Blessing, the others could not see them, yet the beast must have sensed them earlier. Whoever it was that was coming could change everything.

"We need to get out of here," she said in a low voice.

"We can't leave just yet. I want to see who it is that dared to come to the North to capture beasts."

Lucas sounded cold and angry. She looked at him and as always, she could not tell anything from his face.
