Despite staying with Katerina being far more peaceful than having to share an inn with a bunch of rowdy knights, there were still a few challenges Siverly found himself facing.

As the Idonian mage felt better, she often backed Siverly into a figurative corner with her words. He found that he had to be on guard with her because she had a sharp, persuasive tongue.

The mage imagined that she was bored because he had told her she needed to stay inside until her mana was fully restored.
