Only people who are able to recognise them are their mother, father and grandfather. If differentiating them was easy, then the whole world can be called blind.

"Nanase-san can tell them different?!" Fumino was confused. From the moment she entered the house, she was having problems differentiating the quintuplets. When Nino served me tea in Miku's disguise, she believed it was Miku.

Although they are quintuplets, to not confuse audience too much, creators have made them quite different. For someone who must have seen the quintuplets anime with keen observation, just hearing their voice would be enough to differentiate them.

Quintuplets who hate studying are studying properly. That can still be explained as my teaching skill allows me to attract the attention of students.
Even then, if someone has zero intrest towards study, the skill won't work properly. Currently, Nino has negetive intrest towards study. So, why is she still sitting here?
I thought of using mind reading on her, but even guessing the reason was not that difficult.
Nino is the one who prepared the tea. She even bears some I'll intention towards me.
She has obviously drugged the tea and was waiting for the drama to happen.

Nino eyes were widened and fear and guilt was clearly visible on her face.
'Time for my act, I guess?'
"I am fine... No need to lash out on Nino. *Cough!*" I ended my sentence but coughed out blood at end and fell to the ground.
