A couple of hours later, Cameron, Ramon, Rivkah, Roxy, the rest of the bodyguards, and I are huddled in Ramon’s 'bunker', which is in reality just a reinforced house with a security system across from Lycantina.

Hannah and Alyssa returned to their homes to rest. The adrenaline wore off for Alyssa and she went straight to bed from her scrap with Jenna, but Hannah said she'd probably stay up all night waiting for my text.

“So, the security camera was too blurry to catch much.” Roxy turns a stickered laptop screen. “But it shows that the male shifter fought Donovan in the parking lot, drugged him, and put him in the trunk of the car.”

Her arm is iced and in a makeshift sling, and I can tell it bothers her not to be able to use her other hand to type.
