Kapitel 1016: Assessing One's Strength

Having been escorted by Claire to one of the town hall's guest rooms, Valyr and her decided to briefly catch up over what the other side was doing before eventually parting ways.

Once inside the room, the young man went ahead and opened up the chat feature to see if he'd gotten any messages over the past few days, only to find out that he had indeed received quite a few.

Seeing that Julian was the one who sent the most messages to him, a wry smile briefly appeared on Valyr's face as he thought about the things he'd asked from the man while he'd gone to Astarto to help defend against the monster tide.

Unsurprisingly, the contents of the messages Julian sent him were what he expected, which was an update on the things he'd asked for.

For one, Julian updated him on the situation regarding the plot of land he was looking for, telling Valyr that his friend had already located a few spots that would pique the young man's interest.
