Kapitel 18: Nostalgic Warmth

Ahh, finally, the sun rose, Servous thought. After waking up in the middle of the night, he forced himself to sleep. However, every second he does that, he would always gain headaches. It would have been fine if that was the case, but it wasn't alone.

His heart wouldn't stop beating rapidly. Perhaps, it's already a routine for him. Whenever he wakes up in the middle of the night, it's always about a nightmare. Never did he have any dreams where he could peacefully sleep. Perhaps, he did. He might have. However, he would never remember that day.

The moment he found out the truth about the Duke was the time he started having nightmares. In his life, no one wanted him. No one loves him, and no one cares for him. He was continuously seeking that warmth that someday, someone might come along and sweep him off of his feet
