Kapitel 17: Realm of Revelry; Whiterun

Making my way over the bridge again, I started walking on the path beside the White River, heading towards Whiterun.

I had done what I needed to in the small village.

I now had two women wanting to be with me, one of which was pregnant, and I had managed to get a lot of coin.

Other than that, I also knew of a convenient woman who I could use to satiate my lust should I be unable to bed Gerdur.

Chuckling, I then lowered my gaze towards my axe, which shone in the early morning light.

Yes, my time in Riverwood was well spent.

Treading the stone paved path, I stopped, pursing my lips.

Looking around, I saw that there was no one nearby.

I had forgotten, and been unable to, see what my Realm of Revelry looked like, and what I could do with it.

Opening my 'Powers' tab, I selected 'Jeleia's Realm of Revelry: Novice', the familiar purple and black conjuration portal appearing in front of me.

Stepping into it, I felt a warm, cozy sensation wash over me, before I appeared on the floating island from days prior.

Looking around, I took in my Realm of Revelry, which was...

[Pathetic, isn't it? But, everyone needs to start somewhere. Why, when I was just a Dremora Churl I had an island this sized, which I grew and expanded to be the near infinite realm you see spread out around you.]

Appearing beside me was the familiar red skinned Sanguine, a female Dremora in his arms.

She instantly kneeled in front of him, wrapping her plump lips onto his erect cock.

[Ah, please don't mind her; she lost a bet with me, and has to serve as my... maid for the foreseeable future. Now, Jeleia darling, I have to say...]

Placing a hand on the Dremora's head, Sanguine smiled at me, revealing his sharp white fangs.

[You are quite the entertaining woman. Why, it's been just three days? and you already have two women pregnant, slept with another, blew a random man for money, and you even let a Draugr flood your womb with semen! It's been a blast seeing the beginning of your lust filled journey.]

I nodded to him, making the Daedric Prince chuckle.

[No need for that, dear. Please, take a look around. If you have a question, ask. I have nothing but free time.]

Nodding again, I started observing my island.

Green, lush grass covered the ground, and off to the side was a large willow tree, the roots snaking out of the ground and off the side of the island.

Beside the tree was a small stream, the water also pouring off the island.

In total, the available space was just under ten by ten feet, however...

Bland, tiny, and empty, but...

Smiling to myself, I laid down in the center, spreading my arms out to the side as I stared up into the red, swirling miasma above us.

"It's... peaceful, here."

[If you ignore the screams of the damned, yes, it is.]

Chuckling, I looked towards Sanguine, rolling my eyes.

"That just adds to the ambience, Lord Sanguine."

He chuckled again, laying his hand on the Dremora's head.

[I guess it does.]

Returning my gaze to the sky, I opened my menu, noticing a new tab.

{Realm of Revelry}

Clicking it, I watched as it branched off.

{Expansions}

{Upgrades}

{Collection}

The Collection tab was greyed out, however I understood the idea. If I had any resource nodes being worked on, I could collect the final products there.

Clicking on Expansions, I narrowed my eyes slightly as I saw the price.

{Realm Expansion: +1 Foot (Length+Width) = 100 Petty Souls}

"Is there a conversion rate for souls? Like is 1 Lesser Soul equal to 2 Petty Souls?"

Sanguine nodded, flicking his hand forwards.

[This is the 'conversion rate', as you call it.]

1 Grand Soul -> 2 Greater Souls

1 Greater Soul -> 4 Common Souls

1 Common Soul -> 6 Lesser Souls

1 Lesser Soul -> 10 Petty Souls

"So... 1 Grand Soul is... 480 Petty Souls?"

[I believe so.]

"What about Human Souls?"

[Ah, they are a different currency. Like silver to gold. You will use those for much larger things, like recruiting and retaining Dremora, creating resource nodes, building doors that lead to other Realms... Additionally, souls are more... slippery here. They are more likely to go where they are meant to then to be captured in a gem. If you kill a werewolf, for instance, Hircine will collect that soul. As for pure humans, depending on their 'loyalty' to a Divine, they may ascend to that Divine's afterlife before filling the gem, so Soul Gems that have a human soul are extremely valuable.]

"Recruiting Dremora? Huh, never really thought of that..."

He chuckled, grabbing the female Dremora's head before pounding into her, sloppy, wet noises echoing around the space joining the sound of his balls slapping into her chin.

Grunting, he came inside her, before pulling out.

Seeing his long, red cock glistening with semen, I gulped before turning back to the menu.

[Well, I have to admit that they are some of the best feeling creatures in all of existence, so do try and recruit one. Now, if you'll excuse me, I plan on deforming this ones womb.]

Swirling red mist shrouded the two, before they disappeared.

Chuckling, I continued browsing the menu, looking at what I could get soon.

{Forge: 2 Lesser Souls}

{Tanning Rack: 2 Petty Souls}

{Smelter: 2 Lesser Souls}

{Fruit Tree (Random): 1 Common Soul}

{Cabin: 3 Grand Souls}

Everything seemed reasonable enough, and considering I could even set up farmland in Oblivion...

Well, it meant that, eventually, when I become a Daedra, I can bring those I want to 'keep' here, as an in-between.

After all, while I may have no qualms with the world ending, the idea of my women dying made my heart sour slightly, so, if I could avoid it, I would.

However, for now, all that was in the distant, distant future.

I mean, even if I somehow set up a skeever breeding pit to farm petty souls, it would take years to get the required amount to make this land livable.

Sighing, I closed my eyes, enjoying the slight breeze that blew over the island, listening to the rustling of the tree and trickling of water as the grass hugged my body.

Resting up, I eventually returned to Skyrim, finding myself back on the path that I had been on before.

Stretching, I stepped onto the stone road and traveled beside the river, looking north as I waited for Whiterun to come into view.

Which, it did, and I stared at it with mix feelings.

I could see the large, imposing palace situated above a sprawling city.

Except, it was too sprawling.

From here, it looked like there were two extra districts added to the city; one to the right of the entrance, below the Plains District, and one also to the right of Dragonsreach, consisting of a large training grounds and connecting to Jorrvaskr, the home of the Companions.

If I had to guess, the one below the Plains was the poorer area of Whiterun, as the buildings looked worse even from up here, the wood darker and more weathered. Additionally, everything was pushed together, creating a network of alleyways.

As for the district nestled between Jorrvaskr and Dragonsreach, that looked self explanatory; it was dedicated to the warriors of Whiterun, and maybe even another guild, as there was a large building opposite Jorrvaskr.

It was... nice, knowing that Whiterun was going to be different, but at the same time unnerving.

It just reaffirmed that this was, in fact, a 'new' world, and that there would be changes. My knowledge from the game might not always be the best to rely on.

That meant that I needed to stop believing I could overcome everything just because I 'knew' what would happen, and start getting stronger.

Continuing down the path, I reached the intersection, turning left as I walked past Honningbrew Meadery and Chillfurrow Farm, which was run by Nazeem.

As I walked past Chilfurrow Farm, I saw the familiar Giant battling against Aela, Farkas, and Ria.

Drawing my bow, I quickly sent two arrows whistling towards its arm, making it flinch as it tried to slam the club onto Farkas' skull.

Shouting, he swung his great sword forwards, slicing deep into its midriff, as Aela peppered it with arrows.

As for Ria, she ran forwards, jumping as she slammed her shield onto its hunched back.

From here I could hear the crack, and the Giant stumbled forwards before dropping, shaking the earth.

Wiping the blood off their weapons, the Companions turned towards me, Aela narrowing her eyes as she stared at me.

Approaching, I stared at the Giant before turning to Aela.

"Those were some good shots."

"Yours were better."

Chuckling, she stepped forwards, pulling the arrows from the Giant's pale skin.

Clicking her tongue, she stared at the blunted and snapped tips, before asking "You did well, jumping in to help us. Have you ever considered joining the Companions?"

I nodded, making her smile.

"Yeah, I've heard a lot about them. Are you..?"

"indeed, we're apart of the Companions, and we're always looking for new-blood. Go to Jorrvaskr; the large building in the Wind District with a boat for a roof, tell them Aela sent you. Our leader, Kodlak, will have a proper look at you. Who knows, maybe we'll be Shield-Sisters some day."

Activating Analysis, I smiled as I nodded to her.

[Futa Nord, 24, Level 34]

"Maybe we will, Aela. Oh, and the name's Jeleia."

"Very well, Jeleia. May the winds favor you."

Nodding to her, I stepped back onto the path, making my way past the stables.

{Archery: 22 -> 23}

Reaching the gate, one of the guards stepped forwards.

"Halt! City's closed with the Dragons about. Official business only."

"I come from Helgen! I wish to speak to the Jarl about the damage done there, and about Riverwood."

"Riverwood?"

Hearing the confusion in the guards voice, I replied "If there is a Dragon about, and it lurks in Southern Mountains, what are the villagers to do?"

The guard cursed, before nodding to me.

"Thank you, traveler. I grew up there, and yet..."

Looking down, the guard just sighed.

"It's alright. I have friends there, but they can't make the journey, so I'm doing it for them."

{Speech: 17 -> 18}

He nodded to me again, before fiddling with the gate.

Pushing them open, he said "Well, welcome to Whiterun. Don't cause trouble."
