Kapitel 104: Spilling some tea is fun, but not if it's about yourself

Sitting between new, energetic friends, I was suddenly being thrown into a plethora of exciting gossip about the demon realm--sometimes even about other realms. I didn't really understand them, because I had no idea who they were talking about, but I got the gist of it.

After finishing a cup of fragrant tea and tasting at least a bite of every delicacy on the table, I was not only armed with the knowledge of who dated the librarian's daughter and who had an affair with that famous singer, but also an update on what the citizens were thinking about the kingdom and humans in general, what the new Lord of Wrath was up to these days, and the upcoming Fallen Leaves festival.

All while only listening and nodding along as I munched on the cakes.
