With all the evidence and witnesses, Marquess Gulliver and his men finally confessed and were convicted.

With all the evidence that was gathered, he thought investigations had been going on for months without his notice. He didn't know it only took a day for Ferdinand's people to get all the proof they needed. Even gathering the faction leaders was easy with their teleportation abilities.

Arabella learned from Gulliver's thoughts that he had intended to use the money he gathered to make his fief more progressive than his family's dukedom to show off to them and prove that he was much more capable than his eldest brothers ever were.

His family's dukedom was now led by his oldest brother. And Gulliver even intended to attack it and take the ducal seat for himself.
