"I did not expect Will to be such a person.
It seem like I judged his character as a wrong one.
Any way I will cooperate with the investigation.
I first met Mister Will in the twelfth time zone that is called ghetto.
On that day I was in search to find a man that is serious about his work and honest when handling the time.
That day I found the mother of Mister Will.
She is called Rachel.
After investigation I found that she is really good at working and is a diligent person.
She worked for two days straight to earn enough money to pay up the debt she owes to the time lenders.
She was so diligent that she did not even eat lunch and worked hard.
I am impressed and wanted to pull her into my business.
That evening something unfortunate happened.
Right after paying off her debt she was only left with an hour and a half of time left.
Originally it should be enough for her to travel back to her son Will and get the time even.
Unexpectedly the cost of all the things doubled on that day.
So the time required for the journey is more than she could afford.

At that time I lost interest in her because she did not manage to think of the unexpected and made the biggest mistake that can cost her life.

So her paid for her ticket and let her get into the bus.
When we got off the bus her son Will is already waiting for her with a bouquet.

Things seem fishy, so I did not bother with them much and cut off my thoughts of inviting Rachel to work for me.
I left after few pleasantries.

They even had guns with them.
I suspect that it has something to do with Mister Will.
Since I did not have any proof or connection to this matter I only gave complaint about the minute man gang.
Later when moving forward to the higher time zones I met Mister Will and his mother Rachel that are on the way to the fourth time zone.
This time I got the chance to talk to them but she did not say much about her past.
She only talked few incidents of her current life in the past few days.
She said that because of some reason, some gang members called minute man are chasing them to steal their time.
So they are moving forward to the higher time zone area.

Vicky explained few more things giving the time keeper a good understanding of Vicky.
He though that Vicky is not such a bad person.
Vicky is strictly a business man that would take risk to find some good diligent working people by himself.
This made him admire Vicky.
But this did not change the hatred that he got as a time keeper.
All in all it went well.
After talking to Weis, Vicky was about to leave.
But when leaving he met with Carla.
Carla invited Vicky to have tea since it is evening.
She was anxious and wanted to talk to Vicky about the missing Sylvia.
Vicky knows that this is the best time to get close to them.
So Vicky did not stay here instead invited her out to talk while they go out.
She accepted it and went out with Vicky.
Vicky's car appeared with the blond haired maid driving the car.
The black haired maid is completing the court procedures about the earlier case.
Carla went out with Vicky while her servant did not follow along.
It is not like he can interrupt a lady when she went out.
Also Vicky is a respected man that can even threaten time keepers.
So it is natural for him to be trusted more and capable of protecting Carla.
Also they would not suspect Vicky to do something.
