Kapitel 456: Uruk-hai (1)

Aragon suppressed the dissatisfaction of the expedition members with Wesley. They were even more wary of Wesley, but Wesley didn't care at all. Along the way, they continued to move forward in silence.

They were already at the eastern foothills of the Mist Mountains, and the Rorian Grove was just ahead along the road. After entering the woods, the tall trees here blocked the sunlight again, and Wesley had the feeling that he was being spied on. There were elves here.

Surrounded by elves, they were pointed at by bows and arrows. At their head was Haldir, the border ranger of the Rorin elves. He blocked the path of the expedition and was very worried about the great evil that Frodo carried.

Aragorn negotiated with him for a long time. Finally, Haldir decided to take them to the Elven Emperor and the Elven Queen and let them decide where the expedition would go.

RORION, THE. The main city of the Elves in Caras Galadon, a city built on huge trees. It was ruled by the Elven Emperor Kelepeng and the Elven Queen Galadriel, and Wesley did not like it very much. The towering trees blocked the sunlight completely, and the Elves built promenades along the trees, spiraling upward, with a large number of moonstones for illumination.

The forest was dim, and the gentle light of the moonlight stone made it not seem eerie. They were brought to the top floor, where a male and a female elf met them.

Wesley looked at Galadriel, the Elf Queen. Her beauty was different from that of Arborlon's. She seemed infinitely noble, but the thought of her using magic was enough to make him lose interest in her. Her voice, neither male nor female, was terrifying.

Elf Queen Galadriel, on the other hand, was very curious about Wesley's gaze, because few men looked at her like that, ignoring her beauty. However, she could not see through Wesley. Wesley was like a huge gem. The power of the outside world could not penetrate him, and the light he emitted was even more dazzling than hers.

The night passed uneventfully, and Wesley had no interest in what happened during the night. After a good night's sleep, the Elven Queen began to give gifts to their expedition. Wesley, on the other hand, asked for a dagger. A dagger from the era of cold weapons was of some use, especially in close combat, and the Elven dagger was exquisite and a good collection.

The white boat sat on the water and Wesley collected the supplies again, which surprised the Elven woman even more. The Elven Emperor told Aragorn about them.

The four boats set off. No one wanted to be on the same boat as Wesley. They would follow the Anduin all the way south, and then they would reach Lalos Falls before the enemy. There they would ascend the east bank and then pass through the Death Bath, which would bring them to the entrance of Mordor, the Gate of Darkness.

But things weren't as simple as that. Mordor was watching the east side, and the west side wasn't safe. Here were Orcs with white handprints on their bodies, and they could move in daylight. They were the Uruk-hai of the white-robed sorcerer Saruman.

The four small boats kept going south along the river, which was much faster than walking on land. Only at night would they go ashore and camp. They advanced carefully along the way, but soon there were a lot of footsteps on the shore.

Some things were running. They chased the small boat forward. They were very fast and their footsteps were very heavy. They were wearing heavy armor and the expedition was extremely nervous until they came to the edge of Lalos Falls. They were the first to step onto the west bank.

"We should leave immediately," Legolas said beside Aragorn.

"No, there are orcs patrolling on the east shore. We need to wait until night to act. That way, our chances of discovering it will be much lower," Aragorn said.

"I'm not worried about Orcs. I'm more worried about the West Bank. Something is approaching us, and it makes me feel very uneasy." Legolas voiced his worries, and Wesley, who knew what was coming, was now thinking about his plan.

This can be said to be the turning point of the expedition. What should I do? Should I continue to ensure the expedition's safety, or should I let them disperse here, or should I go somewhere and do something?

"Apple, what should we do?" Wesley asked.

"What do you want to do? What is your purpose?" Apple asked.

"Purpose? The purpose is to destroy or take the Ring away so that we can complete the mission, right?" Wesley said doubtfully.

"But you need to practice magic. You have to know that the magic here does have its merits. You need to constantly strengthen yourself so that you can have the strength to fight the crazy Titan Thanos after returning to Marvel Universe. Otherwise, will we exile him again?"

"That's right. I need strength. Then war is a good way, especially the war of cold weapons. Do I have to participate in all the battles in the Ring?" Wesley asked.

"That depends on what you need?" Apple said.

"Magic?" Wesley thought about it. He didn't care about Aragorn and others who were anxious to find Frodo. He knew that when the horn sounded, it seemed that things had gone according to the original trajectory. Wesley stood up and took out his longbow, but this time he didn't use the magic arrow. The distance was too close.

He had all the bows and arrows that Legolas was carrying. Wesley took out a quiver of arrows and put one on the string behind his back. Then he did not run towards the horn.

The battle had begun. These uruk-hai were much stronger than the orcs. They could run for a long time and were more powerful. The leading orc was a corroded elf. He had a bow and arrow and was preparing to aim at Boromir. Boromir blew the horn and covered the retreat of the two Hobbits.

Wesley took the lead and shot an arrow. The uruk-hai leader's head was pierced and the bow in his hand fell. Wesley saved Boromir's life, although the other party might not have known.

Wesley began to draw his bow and arrow. The uruk-hai finally noticed Wesley and realized that their leader was dead. The uruk-hai roared angrily and began to surge towards Wesley. Wesley kept drawing his bow as he retreated. He liked this simple way of killing.

The Uruk-hai were not stupid. Seeing that they could not approach each other, they suddenly turned around and ran in the direction of Boromir. Their target was no longer Boromir but two Hobbits. Wesley would not let them get away with it.

The arrows kept opening and closing, and the Uruk-hai kept falling. Finally, they stopped daring to approach the two Hobbits and began to flee. Wesley took a step and kept chasing them, but he didn't chase them too far. Instead, he retreated halfway.
