The great forging tournament was to begin shortly. Ethan was preparing as best he could. The participant had to come up with an idea for the forge and the raw material(s) with a basic crafting, then he would show his skill and creativity in creating it.
There were 3 attempts to create each object and the participant could choose whatever he wanted, even the strangest objects.
Ethan planned to carry out one of his most brilliant and useful ideas, gloves made of some flexible iron that could help the user to save mana, specially designed for the use of blacksmiths.
He also wanted to preserve the roughness of the hand with considerable protection on the hand, the grip would not be affected and the smiths would not have to worry about getting burned or hurt in some complicated forging process.
It would also be ideal for novice blacksmiths! Ethan recalled his early days as a blacksmith, being only 14 years old and clumsy, always getting hurt...
