Kapitel 56: Comforting the Young

Sylvia:

I let the initial wave of energy calm the group. They raised their heads and even the children were quiet, waiting for me to continue. I looked at the faces. A few babies began to make cooing sounds, and a few toddlers began to ask their parents questions. 

"I am very happy to have you all here today. I want to teach you a method for helping a restless child that was passed down to me by my father. It can be used for anyone to help calm a nervous or even angry mind, but when used to the full capacity it can soothe a young or vulnerable mind to sleep." A toddler was trying to escape his mom's arms to run around. 

I couldn't help but smile at him. "The energy I sent as I finished walking over was very similar. Now it is okay if you didn't, but just so I have an idea on leveling, who noticed that energy?" Most of the adults put their hands up. "Okay, very good."
